Shipping & Returns

Our promise to you as a customer

We will do our best to send your items out promptly, aiming for dispatch within 48 hours of your order.

UK Delivery

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom, if you are located elsewhere, please email us at info@gigglegoose.co.uk to discuss delivery options.

Carrier

Items are generally sent out via Royal Mail, second class signed for, and should be with you within 3-5 working days. All deliveries must be signed for and a tracking number will be provided to you.

Charges

Our postage and packing charges are:

• £3 P&P for all orders under £25.00
• £4 P&P for all orders between £25.01 and £49.99
• FREE delivery for all orders over £50
  

Returns and refunds

As per distance selling regulations, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. Return postage costs will be covered by the customer, unless there was an error with the order made by Giggle Goose.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return. All items returned must be in original condition.
